Due to the digital, educational, and mentorship-based nature of our programs, all sales are final once access is granted. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after access to course materials, mentorship content, or program resources has been provided.

2. Educational Services Only

All courses and mentorship programs offered by Keyanna Professional Services are educational in nature only. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Participation in any program does not guarantee income, profits, business success, or investment outcomes.

3. Non-Refundable Services Include (but are not limited to):

Digital courses and training programs

Mentorship programs

Coaching services

Educational materials

Downloadable resources

Live or recorded virtual sessions

Strategy calls, workshops, or group discussions

Once access to any of the above is provided, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.

4. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered and accessed. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of program access and documentation being submitted to the payment processor.

5. Third-Party Payment Providers (Including Affirm)

If you choose to use a third-party payment provider (including but not limited to Affirm), repayment terms, approvals, interest, and payment plans are governed solely by that provider.
Keyanna Professional Services does not control, modify, or cancel third-party payment agreements. Refunds cannot be issued through third-party financing once access has been granted.

6. Exceptions (If Required by Law)

Refunds may only be considered if explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws. Any approved exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
