About the Mentorship
Education-first mentorship focused on real asset investing in Georgia
Meet the Mentor
Hi, I’m Keyanna Moss, founder of Keyanna Professional Services, LTD Company.
I began investing in real assets in 2008, gaining hands-on experience across mobile homes, residential property, commercial property, and land ownership. Over the years, I have owned multiple mobile homes, a residential property, a commercial property, and over 50 acres of land, and I am currently in the pre-development stage of a 40-unit subdivision along with a 19 acre mobile home park.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Fort Valley State University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas. This combination of formal education and real-world experience shapes how this mentorship is taught — with a focus on structure, analysis, risk awareness, and informed decision-making.
This mentorship was created to help individuals understand how mobile home investing, land acquisition, and tax lien strategies work in Georgia before taking financial action.
Education before action. Preparation before pressure.

Education Before Action
This mentorship was created to provide clear, structured education for individuals interested in understanding mobile home, land, and tax lien investing concepts in Georgia — before making financial decisions.
Rather than promoting deals or guaranteed outcomes, the mentorship focuses on process, risk awareness, and real-world understanding. Participants learn how different strategies work, common pitfalls to avoid, and how informed decisions are made across real asset investing approaches.
The goal is not speed or hype, but clarity, preparation, and responsible learning..

A Practical, Education-First Perspective
This mentorship is grounded in real-world exposure to mobile home investing, land acquisition, and tax lien and tax deed concepts specific to Georgia. Education is based on practical scenarios, regulatory considerations, and common challenges new investors face.
Rather than promoting transactions or guaranteed outcomes, the mentorship emphasizes understanding processes, recognizing risks, and learning how informed decisions are made across real asset investing strategies.
The focus is preparation — not pressure.
